PCA-MED: Leading the Way
Parking Company of America’s Transportation division provides fixed-route, Dial-A-Ride, and tram services for public agencies and commercial enterprises.
Our most recent entry into Transportation is a non-emergency patient delivery service called PCA-MED. This service is provided to existing medical and hospital clients whose patients need transportation to and from medical appointments. This incorporates the use of the latest technology in Mobile/GPS which allows patients to inform their loved ones about their pick-up and delivery times, thereby lessening concerns over patient care. Medical practitioners lose millions of dollars each year when patients cannot find the means to travel to their appointments; this new service will mitigate this loss.
