9. Parking Rates & Event Pricing
Rates displayed for a future date or different event period do not guarantee the same rate for subsequent parking.
10. Parking Rules & Enforcement
All vehicles must comply with posted signs, parking restrictions, space designations, and time limits.
Unauthorized parking may result in a parking citation and/or towing where authorized.
A $25 parking violation citation may be issued without prior warning for unauthorized reserved parking, parking in a posted No Parking/restricted area, or exceeding the posted two-hour visitor parking limit.
Minor violations, such as parking over stall lines, occupying more than one standard space, or improper parking position, may receive a warning for the first occurrence and a $25 citation for a repeat violation.
11. Property Damage
Damage to gate arms, kiosks, PARCS equipment, signage, or other garage property, including damage related to tailgating or unauthorized entry/exit, may be documented and handled separately.
Payment of a parking citation does not satisfy responsibility for applicable repair or replacement costs.
12. Garage Monitoring
Parking facilities may be monitored by video surveillance, license plate recognition (LPR), access-control systems, and other parking technology for operational, security, access-control, and parking-enforcement purposes.
13. Liability
Parking is at the vehicle owner's/operator's risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PCA and the property owner are not responsible for loss of or damage to vehicles or their contents resulting from theft, vandalism, weather, acts of third parties, or other circumstances outside their reasonable control. Nothing in these terms is intended to waive or limit liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.
